Workers’ Compensation Program
Surgery on a Lien
Getting hurt or injured on the job is serious business. Accessing the workers’ compensation system to help with your recovery can be easier when you have experienced physicians and caregivers who are dedicated to your cause.
At Tri-City Regional Medical Center, we have many physicians and other workers’ compensation experts who can help you navigate the workers’ compensation process and, more importantly, get you back to your optimum health. When determining your treatment team for your work injury, it’s important to choose a physician and team that are leaders in their field. Surgeons who perform many surgeries for work injuries typically have better outcomes and have less complications. Your ability to resume your job duties and your overall quality of life may depend on skills of your surgeon.
Under California workers’ compensation regulations, you have the right to choose your own doctors and health care providers.
