Must have current and valid licensure in the State of California. Current certification of BCLS. Bariatric Training course required. Greater than five (5) years clinical experience as an RN with two (2) recent years in Bariatric Surgery Unit.

Minimum one (1) year experience in a Med-Surg Unit ina an acute care facility. Must have current and valid State approved CNA certification and current BLS card.

Minimum of two (2) years as recent circulator nurse. Experience as an RN in an acute care setting. Current and valid licensure in the state of California. Current BCLS certification. ACLS certification preferred.

Minimum of three (3) years of hospital based Case Management experience including Utilization Review and Discharge Planning experience. Must possess baccalaureate degree in Nursing with RN licensure. Prefer current CCM certification or to be obtained within one year of hire.

Per Diem position only

Minimum of 1year recent experience as a Unit Secretary in an acute care facility. Completion course in Medical terminology preferred. Completion of C.N.A training preferred and High School graduate or GED equivalent. BCLS required.Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a C.N.A in an acute care facility. Must have current and valid state approved C.N.A certification and current BCLS certification required.

Minimum of 3-5 years of Workers’ Compensation collections and reimbursement on DRG’s and APC’s, outpatient experience on collecting facilities/hospital claims. Knowledgeable in work comp amending labor codes as it applies to reimbursement. Knowledge and understanding of the EDEX/Speed com system preferred. Full-time.

Minimum of two (2) years experience in the Medical Staff Services setting with credentialing experience preferred.

Strong communication ability and organizational skills.

MDStaff software database knowledge a plus.

Knowledge of accreditation standards and legal requirements related to credentialing and services essential to the department and IMQ Continuing Edcuation Medical Education requirements.

Knowledge of proctoring and appointment/reappointment requirements.

Ability to prepare, manage and follow up on all actions of the assigned Medical Staff department and/or committee meetings.

Ability to work independently on multiple projects.

Knowledge in Medical Staff procedures and regulations

Knowledge of DNV and other regulatory agencies accreditation requirements relating to the Medical Staff.

Successful candidate will have a current CA Driver’s License, with proof of a good driving record. One year of exp. working in the capacity of a driver with excellent customer service skills. Per Diem.
